Pre-Access Central Scheduler - Remote

Overview

The Pre-Access Central Scheduler is responsible for scheduling and pre-registering patients for various appointments and procedures while managing administrative tasks and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments and procedures.
• Complete administrative work associated with scheduling.
• Handle high call volumes across multiple locations.
• Utilize multiple systems for scheduling functions.
• Provide patients with preparation and location information.
• Collect and input patient data accurately.
• Validate patient insurance and explain benefits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent or 4 years of revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of revenue cycle or contact center experience.
• Must pass the ALTA Language Services Qualified Bilingual Staff Assessment.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to resolve technical issues.
• Ability to manage multiple phone calls effectively.
• Strong active listening and critical thinking skills.
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM.
• Fluency in multiple languages preferred.
• Good physical health to meet job requirements.
• Effective communication skills.
