Revenue Integrity Analyst II - Remote

Overview

The Revenue Integrity Analyst II is responsible for billing, follow-up, and resolving issues related to patient account payments while ensuring compliance with Intermountain's policies and procedures.

In Short

• Analyze data and develop reports to identify trends.
• Support revenue cycle quality and compliance.
• Participate in audits and reviews for various payers.
• Monitor revenue integrity activities and ensure timely responses.
• Assist in training and onboarding new associates.
• Provide education on charging/coding regulations.
• Ensure accuracy of revenue capture for service lines.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the team.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in healthcare or related field.
• CRCR Certification within 3 months of hire.
• Certification as a coder through AAPC or AHIMA preferred.
• Three years of experience in revenue cycle operations.
• Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in EPIC preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate skills in Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
