Overview

The Revenue Integrity Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring financial health for acute and non-acute organizations by managing charge processes and ensuring accurate charge capture. This position requires analytical insight and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance revenue cycle management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years related experience in revenue cycle management.
• Excellent knowledge of Epic, Excel, and SQL queries.
• Working knowledge of CPT & HCPCS coding guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity.
• Willingness to obtain CRCR certification within 9 months.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
