Revenue Integrity Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Revenue Integrity analyst position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of our charge capture and reconciliation for pertinent clinical areas. This position will be expected to perform audits of current charge capture practices, correct charging errors, and analyze trends and issues within clinical departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Three years of experience in coding or revenue integrity.
• Experience with Epic Access/Revenue Systems preferred.
• Coding certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job.
• Good hearing and near vision.
• Ability to sit for 2-4 hours per day.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage stress appropriately.
