Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in medical collections.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze claims and determine action plans.
• Adaptability to changing procedures.
• Ability to meet attendance and productivity standards.
• CRCR certification within 9 months of hire.
• Preferred: 2 or 4-year college degree.
• Preferred: Knowledge of claims review and revenue cycle.
