• Perform follow-up and denial activities for accounts receivable.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in medical collections or related fields.
• 2 or 4-year college degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of claims review and analysis.
• Working knowledge of revenue cycle and medical terminology.
• Ability to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Experience with DDE Medicare system is a plus.
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
