Overview

The role of Central Scheduler is crucial in ensuring our patients receive timely and accurate scheduling of their medical appointments. You will ensure accurate and timely visit scheduling, collaborating with clinical staff to optimize schedules and minimize cancellations or rescheduling.

In Short

  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments with medical providers.
  • Drive clinical priorities by making outbound calls to patients.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in scheduling.
  • Understand patients' needs and present Strive's care model.
  • Communicate effectively with patients via phone.
  • Achieve daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Handle patient inquiries and objections professionally.
  • Reschedule patient appointments as needed.
  • Monitor performance to meet or exceed targets.
  • Work closely with other schedulers to improve processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years experience in a scheduling, customer service, or sales role.
  • Internet connectivity with minimum speeds of 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
  • Ability to understand and articulate Strive's care model.
  • Patient-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
