Overview

The Unison team is looking for an energetic, entrepreneurial originator to develop, manage and advance a pipeline of renewable energy and emerging technology investment leads from contact to closing.

In Short

  • Manage personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing.
  • Be the first point of contact for prospective clients.
  • Achieve personal monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Monitor personal origination waterfall activity.
  • Contribute user-experience input to origination processes.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and product design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in B2C sales.
  • 4+ years of B2C sales experience.
  • Natural sales talent with strong business acumen.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close.
  • Familiarity with real estate closing process is a plus.
  • Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV is a plus.
  • Experience in renewables, commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, land acquisition is a plus.
