Associate Counsel - Remote

Overview

Reach Financial is seeking a highly motivated Associate Counsel with at least 3 years of experience to support a fast-paced financial services company.

In Short

• Remote position based in the US.
• Compensation of $115,000 plus bonus.
• Support internal and external counsel in managing litigation and arbitration matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents.
• Review and negotiate commercial agreements and vendor contracts.
• Assist with regulatory compliance matters.
• Interpret federal and state statutes relevant to consumer finance.
• Collaborate with business teams on product design and operational issues.
• 3 years of legal experience required, preferably with litigation background.
• Strong research and writing skills are essential.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation or arbitration.
• Strong research, writing, and computer skills.
• Familiarity with consumer finance or fintech preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Collaborative mindset and interest in business aspects of legal practice.
