Senior Salesforce Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Salesforce engineer at Reach Financial, you will enhance and extend our loan origination and servicing platform, managing and building new features on our existing Salesforce-based system.

In Short

• Maintain and expand functionality on top of our Salesforce-native loan origination and servicing system.
• Architect Salesforce scale-safe solutions considering best practices and compliance.
• Assist in migrating legacy admin UI from Visualforce to Lightning Experience.
• Review code contributions and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with test automation teams for quality delivery.
• Translate business and UI requirements into technical specifications.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform roadmap and new capabilities.
• Utilize best practices for software delivery lifecycle.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve engineering practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of development and architecture experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with no-code and pro-code tools (Apex, LWC, Flows).
• Experience managing sandboxes with data masking.
• Hands-on experience with integration patterns (SSO, REST, YAML).
• Proven track record of overseeing product iterations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in CI/CD and version control on GitHub.
• Willingness to build on AWS or Heroku.
