Associate Counsel - Remote

Overview

Mesh is looking for an Associate Counsel to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be an integral part of the legal team and Mesh as a whole, supporting our day-to-day operations and hyper-growth. You will work closely with our Head of Legal and other key internal stakeholders to navigate the complex and evolving legal landscape of the crypto industry, ensuring Mesh remains compliant and secure while effectively managing legal risk as we expand our global reach.

• Support compliance with regulations related to cryptocurrencies and financial services.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active state bar membership.
• 2-3 years of experience in a relevant legal role.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and crypto assets.
• Familiarity with cross-border legal frameworks for crypto.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders.
• Effective contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
