• Understanding of contract management software is a plus.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in real estate.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating real estate documents.
• Experience in title and survey reviews.
• Experience in managing closing processes.
• Must be admitted to practice in NY/NJ.
• Bachelor’s degree and a JD from an ABA accredited law school.
• Review and analyze commercial real estate due diligence.
