Overview

The Procurement Associate is responsible for supporting the operations of Privia's care center Procurement Team, collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize purchasing processes and cost savings.

In Short

• Assist with identifying care center purchasing needs and vendor relationships.
• Review care center purchases to ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with Operations Team and vendors for cost savings.
• Participate in discussions with care centers about savings opportunities.
• Manage contracts for all purchases.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant contract or procurement experience.
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $56,000-$70,000.
