Retirement Planner - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Retirement Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in understanding their insurance options.

• Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on different insurance products, including health, life, auto, and property insurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies for outreach.
• Assist in sales administration tasks, including maintaining client records and processing applications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall service delivery.
• Provide multilingual support to clients as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and sales processes is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our community.
