Qualified Retirement Plan Reviewer - Remote

Overview

Nova 401(k) Associates is looking for several Qualified Retirement Plan Reviewers (Quality Assurance Managers) to provide work product quality review in a fully remote position.

In Short

• Review work product prepared by team members.
• Participate in process improvement and client service projects.
• Provide feedback and training to junior staff.
• Interpret plan documents and notices.
• Keep current with new regulations and legislation.
• Expand professional knowledge through seminars and self-study.
• Work from home with provided office setup.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Approximately 1-2 times per year travel required.
• Flexible start time between 7:30 am and 8:30 am.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in non-discrimination testing.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Flexibility and ability to multi-task.
• High level of critical thinking.
• Coachable and committed to professional development.
• Knowledge of Corbel Documents, Pension Pro, and ASC is a plus.

• Base Salary $75,000 - $90,000.
