Overview

The Retirement Plan & Payroll Customer Liaison will serve as the primary point of contact for concierge fiduciary services, ensuring effective communication and data management for clients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Teams.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and demonstrate initiative.
• Robust time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of retirement plans and payroll processing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
