Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in managing projects spanning multiple departments. This includes gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to these projects. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing relationships with plan sponsors and vendors, managing resources, and ensuring project milestones and onboarding timelines are met. This position can be fully remote, in-office in Stratham, NH, or hybrid.

In Short

• Serve as the primary point of contact for certain projects as assigned.
• Manage project planning, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and dependencies.
• Ensure project tasks are assigned and completed as scheduled.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans and status reports.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Develop SOPs for processes in which you are determined to be a SME.
• Manage relationships with certain vendors and internal staff.
• Identify areas of improvement for Compass services.
• Perform additional job duties/special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of retirement plans.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to problem solve and demonstrate initiative.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
• 3-5 years experience in a related field.
