Overview

The Revenue Operations Analyst will support and optimize the revenue operations strategy by analyzing marketing, sales, and customer success performance data to drive growth and operational efficiency.

In Short

  • Provide regular reporting on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success performance.
  • Analyze revenue performance metrics and identify trends.
  • Capture Lead-to-Opportunity metrics and advise on adjustments.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and track KPIs.
  • Streamline and improve internal processes for lead management.
  • Ensure data integrity across platforms like Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Assist in creating Salesforce dashboards and reports.
  • Review monthly commission payouts against performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analytics or related role.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and data analytics tools.
  • Experience in maintaining sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with large data sets and provide insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in presenting analyses with conclusions.
