Business Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Business Support Specialist at Millennium Systems International will handle client inquiries and provide support and training via phone, email, and live chat. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for technology and helping people.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree with 2 years of experience.
• Ability to type greater than 35 wpm.
• Reliable ISP is required.
