• The Implementation Associate role supports onboarding of new Care Professionals.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for Care Pros.
• Ensures seamless transition onto the platform by managing critical data.
• Partners with cross-functional teams as necessary.
• Maintains high standards of care delivery.
• Tracks Care Pro transition progress using dashboards.
• Participates in internal meetings for effective communication.
• Provides additional capacity to support other areas as needed.
• Must be flexible in taking on additional responsibilities.
• Reflects a 'Mission First' mentality.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or implementation.
• Experience in data entry, compliance, or onboarding preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and database management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
