Overview

The Affordable Regional Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a group of assets, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and meeting client expectations based on operating budgets and management agreements.

• Manage assigned assets for FPI Management.
• Ensure compliance with Equal Housing Opportunity and other regulations.
• Monitor LIHTC Application and Annual Recertification processes.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets.
• Conduct inspections and file reviews.
• Maintain communication with clients and residents.
• Provide training and guidance to employees.
• Evaluate performance of on-site personnel.
• Participate in recruiting activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience with affordable housing programs.
• Leadership experience in Property Management.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Certification from an accredited organization preferred.
• Valid Real Estate Salesperson License.
• Proficient in English.
