• Plan and execute B2B growth marketing strategies, including ABM, focused on lead generation.
• Coach and manage the marketing team, overseeing performance and budget.
• Develop performance marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Manage the company website and optimize for SEO and conversions.
• Analyze website and lead generation results for actionable insights.
• Coordinate with Sales and Delivery teams for alignment on business goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong project management skills and stakeholder leadership experience.
• Focus on B2B growth activities, ABM, and lead generation.
• Business outcomes mindset with measurable results focus.
• Hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing and ABM.
• Highly analytical with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of current B2B marketing trends and technologies.
• Fluent in English (C1/C2 level) and proficient in Polish.
• Resilient and adaptable to changing project demands.
• Ability to implement modern AI tooling in team workflows.
