Senior IT Project Manager & Scrum Master - Remote

In Short

• Manage Agile software development projects, mainly mobile applications.
• Lead Scrum framework implementation by organizing sprint planning, stand‑ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Hold minimum 2 years experience leading teams as a Scrum Master.
• Maintain close communication with US clients and Product Owners.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within the planned scope and budget.
• Promote continuous improvement attitude and optimize the teams’ daily work.
• Take charge of project planning, execution and reporting.
• Monitor project progress using various metrics.
• Report directly to Portfolio Manager.
• Monitor and manage project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience in managing software development projects.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile project management frameworks.
• At least 2 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience.
• Experience with PM tools such as Jira, ADO, VSTS.
• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of business English language.
• Understanding of budgeting and invoicing principles.
• Independence and proactiveness in daily work.
