IT Project Manager/Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to oversee all activities related to this Task Order. The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in Agile software development methodologies with proven project management skills to lead a team responsible for the management, design, implementation, and maintenance of critical IT services.

In Short

• Manage all aspects of the assigned Task Order, including timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Lead Agile software development projects, including planning, sprint management, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with Government representatives and other contractors to ensure alignment and success in an Agile and DevOps environment.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team of developers, subcontractors, and other resources in a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
• Manage and maintain operational systems serving over a million users with monthly visitor metrics exceeding one million.
• Oversee system transformation and consolidation efforts to enhance data quality, efficiency, and service delivery.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance and continuous improvement practices throughout project lifecycles.
• Develop and deliver written and verbal reports, updates, and presentations to senior Government officials.

Requirements

• An active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®), PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Certification, or a Bachelor, or Master degree from an accredited institution in Project Management, Business Administration, or similar.
• Candidate must be eligible to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
• Formal training or certification in Agile software development methods, such as: Scrum Alliance Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), Scaled Agile SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM).
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing projects of similar size and scope.
• Experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of IT services meeting RFQ requirements.
• Experience in continuous integration and DevOps environments.
• Experience supervising diverse teams, including subcontractors, in a performance-based environment.
• Experience managing Agile teams supporting development, O&M, and large-scale system consolidation projects.
• Proven experience in managing operational systems supporting over one million users and one million monthly visitors.
