Project Manager - Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Scrum Master to join our dynamic team within a TMA project. You will integrate a team of 10 people based in Casablanca and be responsible for leading and monitoring the project in Agile mode.

In Short

• Lead and manage a team of 10 people.
• Coordinate actions between different operational teams.
• Establish project governance and reporting processes.
• Monitor project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate Agile processes, especially Scrum ceremonies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodology, particularly as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience in team leadership and Agile project management.
• Good understanding of Agile processes (sprints, retrospectives, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
