Scrum Master / Project Manager - Remote

Overview

This role will be in the Observability Department on the Splunk Eng & Delivery team, focusing on project management and scrum master responsibilities.

In Short

• Lead cross-functional teams to meet project success criteria.
• Manage project delivery plans including schedule and milestones.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Track and report project status, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Facilitate partner meetings and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with PMO processes.
• Coach and empower teams for high performance.
• Maintain project documentation and artifacts.
• Support continuous improvement and process enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Minimum of five years in a project management/scrum master role.
• Experience with Jira and agile methodologies.
• Product Owner experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of HP PPM is a plus.
• PMP certification highly desirable.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence and coach teams.
• Proven track record of managing project risks and dependencies.
