The IT Project Manager - Scrum Master will guide the product team in incorporating Agile practices, manage project sprints, and oversee the development process in a dynamic startup environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Tech Project Management.
• At least 3 months as a Scrum Master for a software team.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of facilitation, continuous improvement, and servant leadership.
• Goal-oriented with superb organization skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in project management.
• Critical thinking and ability to speak up.
• A technical background is a plus.
