In Short

• Independent management of complex colocation, data center projects, IT outsourcing, transition – from planning and structuring to risk management and successful completion
• Comprehensive project planning including active controlling, resource, milestone, and stakeholder management as well as creation of realistic and holistic project plans
• Confident communication, transparent reporting and coordination at C-level, leading management meetings and effective escalation management, even in critical project phases

Requirements

• Completed studies (e.g., (Business) Computer Science, Business Administration) or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in leading complex IT projects and in technical leadership
• Solid knowledge of project management methods and standards (certification such as PMI, PMP or GPM Level C+ is an advantage), as well as contract analysis
• High initiative, solution-oriented and proactive action, combined with strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills, resilience, and assertiveness
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, pronounced ability to structure and prioritize tasks, creativity, and customer orientation
• Safe handling of project management tools
• Experience in technical facility management is desirable (but not a mandatory requirement)
• Very good German and English skills
