OPSWAT is seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Marketing Manager to lead our field marketing efforts and drive business growth in Central Europe.

In Short

• Lead field marketing efforts in Central Europe.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
• Manage tradeshow and conference participation.
• Assist sales teams with region-focused marketing activities.
• Plan and manage webinars for channel partners.
• Execute outbound email marketing and social media campaigns.
• Monitor success of marketing initiatives.
• Travel throughout EMEA as necessary.
• Fluent German speaker required.
• 5+ years of B2B technology field marketing experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years B2B technology field marketing experience.
• Experience managing webinars and in-person events.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems like Hubspot or Salesforce.
• Channel marketing experience preferred.
