Overview

We are looking for a resourceful Technical Support Specialist to join our growing global team. As part of the role, you will provide enterprise-level technical support to our customers via email, chat, and other support channels as required.

In Short

  • Provide Technical Support on a day-to-day basis for customers, platform users, and Internal Company teams.
  • Take ownership and initiative to navigate towards resolutions, which include research, troubleshooting, and following standard procedures for proper escalation to the appropriate teams.
  • Work side by side with the QA, Development, Product, and Business Operations teams across the company.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and from the customers to the Product and Dev teams.
  • Manage onboarding and training for owned and operated sites.
  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and Help Centers.
  • Notifications, downtime, and feature releases communication to all platform user types.
  • The position requires availability during weekends and after business hours.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience in the enterprise technical support field
  • Experience with HelpDesk Ticketing Systems (Advantage if it’s Zendesk)
  • Fluency in English and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Responsibility, reliability, and accountability
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a strong customer service orientation
  • Experience working with Web Applications, highly desirable
  • Experience/Knowledge of HTML & or CSS, highly desirable
  • Restful API knowledge, highly desirable
