Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist at Deel, you will be the bridge between frontline teams and engineering, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient issue resolution.

  • Efficiently work through tickets and escalations via Jira and Slack.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide clear updates to internal teams about technical problems.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and global teams to resolve escalations.
  • Specialize in business areas like Payroll and become a subject matter expert.
  • Refine processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Stay updated with Deel platform features and changes.
  • Achieve performance-related targets.
  • Participate in product training and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • 1+ year in Customer Support roles.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
  • Based in APAC to align with team needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with SQL, RESTful APIs, and debugging tools.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Node.js).
  • Proficiency in analyzing application logs.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts simply.
  • Initiative in identifying trends and process improvements.
  • Embraced remote work and self-motivated.
  • Must be based within LATAM region.
