Overview

As a Forward-Deployed Integration Engineer at Deel, you'll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success, collaborating directly with strategic customers to design and implement tailored technical solutions.

• Engage directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives.
• Design and implement tailored technical solutions using APIs and backend infrastructure.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering client-facing solutions in implementation or consulting roles.
• 5+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack software engineer.
• Fluency in Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, with knowledge of software engineering best practices.
• Strong SQL skills, particularly with PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on API development experience, validation, and performance tuning.
