The Technical Support Specialist will provide troubleshooting and engineering analysis to ensure the proper operation and performance of customer products or services, while also managing special IT projects.

• Knowledge of e-mail entitlement management.
• Experience with desktop imaging and Remedy.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow and Active Directory.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree.
• Possess Security+ Certification.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a DoD environment preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
