Overview

The Senior Deal Desk Specialist governs complex, high-value, and non-standard sales opportunities to ensure they are complete, compliant, and ready to progress through the sales lifecycle.

In Short

  • Conduct intake of complex sales opportunities to ensure completeness and readiness for review.
  • Collect, review, and validate supporting artifacts, including related agreements and pricing.
  • Manage collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including Contracts, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Sales and internal partners during deal structuring.
  • Support Sales with follow-up items required to advance opportunities.
  • Track deal progress and dependencies, holding stakeholders accountable to timelines.
  • Ensure all required approvals are secured and documented before sales execution.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Report to Experian's Senior Sales Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience supporting complex B2B sales processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High judgment and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience with process improvement projects.
