Overview

Smartsheet is looking for a Senior Deal Desk Specialist to join our Finance Operations team supporting the Global Sales and Finance Operations teams with facilitation of deals through the Quote to Cash sales cycle.

In Short

• Be a trusted advisor to the Global Sales Teams for deal structuring.
• Provide guidance on deal structures to maximize ACV and customer satisfaction.
• Work with multiple teams to address custom deal requirements.
• Lead deals through appropriate approval levels.
• Review deal progression and ensure precise execution.
• Follow a same-day response commitment for service standards.
• Review submitted Deal Requests for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Establish and lead project improvement plans.
• Contribute to process improvement projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant Deal Desk or Sales Support experience in a SaaS company.
• Understanding of sales process, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Experience supporting Resellers.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Flexible hours on a rotating schedule for coverage.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ, and Netsuite.
