• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Sales teams on deal policies.
• Assist the Sales Organization throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Monitor Deals Desk queues for deal requests.
• Quarterback deals through the sales cycle & internal approval processes.
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements to policies and processes.
• Create and maintain Sales Dashboards and SFDC Reports.
• Drive projects focused on improving efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with the Sales team.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of total experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and familiarity with CPQ systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding analytical background with strong problem-solving skills.
• Great interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build relationships collaboratively.
• High level of attention to detail.
