The Livestock Technology Support Specialist will be the first line of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure they maximize the value of our technology portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Animal Science, or related field preferred.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Herd Management software.
  • Strong understanding of the cattle industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly patient and customer-oriented.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in technology and software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
