Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Tech Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to merchants using our global payment orchestration services. You will assist clients with resolving technical issues and optimizing their use of our platform, which supports One-Off and Subscription-based payments through credit/debit card processing, eWallets, and Alternative Payment Methods (APMs).

In Short

  • Manage and troubleshoot Level 1 technical issues reported by clients.
  • Identify, analyze, and correct bugs or issues.
  • Assist clients with connecting to our APIs.
  • Act as a technical advisor during the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for new PSP integrations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through support.
  • Monitor support ticket queues and prioritize cases.
  • Track and report on support metrics.
  • Document and maintain a knowledge base of recurring issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills and experience in customer support.
  • Familiarity with payment processing and APIs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Experience in a fintech environment is a plus.
  • Proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
