Leadtech is seeking an ambitious Data Analyst – Payments Specialist to drive data-led insights and support our payments strategy during a critical expansion phase in a fast-growing B2C company.

• Investigate and document anomalies in payments data.
• Use advanced Excel skills to analyze payment transactions.
• Ensure data accuracy across payment systems.
• Identify trends in payment failures and fraud attempts.
• Implement consumer data acquisition strategies.
• Build consumer segmentation models to detect high-risk behaviors.
• Respond to data analysis requests from various teams.
• Contribute to reporting on payments KPIs and fraud rates.
• Perform in-depth analysis on large volumes of data.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to embed data quality controls.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in payments or fraud.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Proficient in BI/reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of digital payment systems.
• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
