Overview

iCapital’s Platform Technology Support team provides technical support to its rapidly growing client base of financial advisors and individual investors, as part of the company’s mission to create a best-in-class user experience.

In Short

  • Respond to platform specific technical inquiries from both internal and external users.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate internally for timely resolutions.
  • Synthesize customer feedback to optimize user experience.
  • Create documentation for new product solutions and enhancements.
  • Educate internal departments on best practices for resolving technical issues.
  • Participate in initiatives related to new system capabilities.
  • Assist the team manager with oversight of service requests.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a client technical support role.
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with partners and managers.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments with excellent time management.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work independently or as a team player.
  • Technical experience with spreadsheets, business intelligence tools, and databases.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and research systems.
