Talent Coordinator (Fixed-term) - Remote

Overview

As a Talent Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating interviews and managing communication with candidates and stakeholders in a fully remote team.

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and calendars
• Communicate with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process
• Manage and maintain data across our ATS and internal systems
• Support the delivery team with scheduling, reporting, and admin tasks
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve coordination processes

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, being fluent is essential.
• Willingness to commit to a 6-month fixed-term contract
• Based in Australia or within the AEST time zone (±2 hours) to ensure alignment with team and client working hours.
• A minimum of 6 to 12 months of experience in coordination, recruiting ops, or admin
• Insanely organized, fast-moving, and solution-oriented
• Confident working with tools like Google Calendar, ATSs, and spreadsheets
• Proactive, detail-focused, and enjoys supporting others behind the scenes
