Vice President - Finance & Legal - Remote

Overview

The Vice President - Finance & Legal will play a key role at GIGA.GREEN, responsible for financial management and legal governance while collaborating closely with the management team to drive the company's growth.

• Learn existing processes and identify optimization potentials.
• Take overall responsibility for Finance and Legal areas.
• Engage in financing negotiations, particularly in Debt financing.
• Consolidate and structure reporting and controlling processes.
• Develop financial planning and liquidity management.
• Implement group-wide structures for project companies.
• Ensure tax compliance and optimize tax strategies.
• Manage treasury processes from payment transactions to liquidity assurance.
• Ensure legal compliance, especially in contracts and corporate law.
• Prepare the company for growth financing and capital market readiness.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economic Law, or related field.
• At least five years of experience in a leadership role in Finance or Controlling.
• Experience in shaping and developing commercial functions.
• Strong knowledge in Accounting, Controlling, and Liquidity Management.
• Experience with complex corporate structures and project companies.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial foresight.
• Team-oriented approach and openness to feedback.
• Hands-on mentality and ability to implement topics effectively.
