Vice President of Legal - Remote

Overview

As the first in-house legal leader at Pair Team, the Vice President of Legal will build and oversee all legal and compliance functions, reporting to the Chief Medical and Compliance Officer and collaborating with executives across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of legal experience, with 3 years in-house.
• JD from an accredited law school; active license required.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations, especially Medicaid.
• Expertise in FDA regulation of healthcare software.
• Experience in commercial contracting and data privacy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong judgment and business acumen.
• Passion for healthcare access and serving underserved populations.
