Overview

The Deutsche Hilfsbund e.V. is currently in the founding phase, aiming to establish a strategically managed umbrella organization with a clear separation of charitable, economic, and asset management units. We require solid legal expertise at a strategic level to ensure the legal framework for these structures.

• Position as Vice President Legal Affairs to define and secure the legal framework for all units and participation models.
• This is a voluntary position and not subject to social security contributions.

• Development of a governance and control model for the holding structure.
• Support in setting up aid funds and ensuring legal compliance.
• Close coordination with Business Operations, Communication, and Investor Relations departments.
• Work remotely and flexibly in a strategic volunteer capacity.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer with a focus on corporate law, tax law, or nonprofit law preferred.
• Several years of experience in legal support for corporate or association structures.
• Solid knowledge in corporate law, association law, and ideally foundation or nonprofit law.
• Experience in designing complex organizational models with subsidiaries and funds.
• Ability to work solution-oriented and structured in the tension between legal security and operational design freedom.
• Interest in social economic models and legally founded innovative work.
• Willingness to work flexibly, remotely, and strategically in a volunteer capacity.
