Overview

The Vice President of Medical Affairs will lead the newly formed Medical Affairs function at Orca Bio, focusing on developing and executing strategies that enhance the company's medical presence and support its innovative cell therapies.

Requirements

• Advanced life science degree (M.D., Ph.D., N.P., Pharm.D.).
• 12+ years in medical affairs or clinical research.
• 5+ years leading a Medical Affairs function.
• Experience in hematology and/or transplant preferred.
• Cell therapy experience highly desirable.
• Strong track record in team building and leadership.
• Collaborative approach with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in the US health care marketplace required.
• Extensive travel required (up to 50%).
