In Short

  • Build trusted relationships with named accounts through consultative solutioning.
  • Monitor adoption of products/services and provide industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Act as the voice of customers to the Product team.
  • Design solutions to meet unique business needs of customers.
  • Identify growth opportunities within your portfolio.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of customer-facing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or HR.
  • 2 years in enterprise account/relationship management.
  • Proven track record of overachieving goals and targets.
  • A people-first and growth mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in value-based sales and account planning.
