Overview

Your role as a Customer Success Manager is to be the main point of contact for our growing LATAM customer base, focusing on customer training, expansion opportunities, upselling, renewals, and driving product adoption.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales/business development/account management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills (C1 level)
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
