Overview

Sentry is on a mission to help developers write better software faster by building performance and error monitoring tools. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team.

In Short

• Schedule and confirm interviews across multiple time zones.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates.
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity.
• Draft candidate communications and support hiring managers.
• Partner with recruiters to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Suggest and implement improvements to recruiting operations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative coordination.
• Proficiency with Ashby ATS required.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
