Remote ERP System Administrator

Overview

We are seeking a skilled ERP System Administrator to support, enhance, and maintain our Infor M3 ERP environment. This role will play a key part in a new ERP implementation, ensuring the system is configured effectively and positioned for long-term stability and growth.

In Short

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain ERP applications, databases, middleware, and infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and availability; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Administer ERP security, including user provisioning and compliance controls.
• Support and maintain integrations with other business systems.
• Partner with teams to configure workflows and reports.
• Provide Tier 2/3 user support and training.
• Coordinate with vendors for updates and maintenance.
• Participate in ERP projects like module rollouts and cloud migrations.
• Maintain accurate system documentation and records.
• Review system performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7+ years of hands-on ERP administration experience.
• Experience with at least one major ERP system.
• Ability to write intermediate SQL queries.
• Experience with ERP security and compliance controls.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex environments.
