System Administrator (Remote)

We're looking for a collaborative problem-solver with excellent customer service skills and a detail-oriented mindset. In this role, you'll be pivotal in providing remote IT support, ensuring our clients receive top-notch technical assistance. You'll handle a range of tasks, from system updates to hands-on troubleshooting, playing a critical role in maintaining our high standards of IT service.

In Short

• Provide remote IT support and technical assistance.
• Resolve workstation, printer, and application issues.
• Handle server and networking issues.
• Support common business applications like SAGE ERP and QuickBooks.
• Act as an escalation point for technicians.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Work full time, 40 hours a week, EST.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification.
• Work remotely from a home office.

Requirements

• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Server 2012 to 2022.
• Experience with VMWare and Hyper V Virtualization.
• Experience supporting M365 and Azure.
• Minimum of three to five years experience in IT Support or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, and Network architecture.
• Proficient in supporting MS Office and various business applications.
• Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is a plus.
• Active Server Certifications are preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language.
